My name is Paul McKay, I'm 43 years old living in South West London in the UK.

Over the last 10 years or so I've been keeping myself fit with athletics, running, weights and most recently bodyweight exercises.

Now inspired by Paul Wade and his book Convict Conditioning my attention has turned to callisthenics.

I aim to achieve step 5 across all of the 'Big 6' exercises as detailed in Convict Conditioning so I hope you'll join me as I progress through and hopefully complete that journey.
